1. Time your carbohydrate intake.
2. Eat whole grains by lunchtime.
3. Drink water. Aim for 8 glasses a day.
4. Keep a journal of what you eat and drink.
5. Don't take any huge meal after 6 p.m.

Sekarang saya sangat boring, baru ada masa tulis di sini beside dapat praktis menaip dengan cepat. Kan bagus kalau saya menaip tesis sekarang, at least dapat juga siapkan keja sikit. Tapi oleh kerana saya semulajadi pemalas, so saya tidak taip and tidak buat tesis.
