Jump Start My Diet

TUESDAY, 25th JAN 2011



1. Time your carbohydrate intake.

2. Eat whole grains by lunchtime.

3. Drink water. Aim for 8 glasses a day.

4. Keep a journal of what you eat and drink.

5. Don't take any huge meal after 6 p.m.
